Shiatsu Theory and Practice Student Clinic
Leny began studying Shiatsu in 1985 and has been teaching Shiatsu since 1993. He is certified in Zen Shiatsu Therapy, Acupuncture, Chinese Tuina Massage and Reiki. His integrated approach to Shiatsu includes the related disciplines of martial Arts, Nature and Wilderness Awareness and Meditation. Leny is a 3rd degree Black Belt in Shotokan Karate. He has also taken many courses in nature awareness and wilderness survival at the Tracker School in Asbury, New Jersey. He has participated in a number of Zen Meditation Retreats and traveled to both China and Japan. In the past 14 years, Leny has worked with a variety of health care professionals including doctors, herbalists and psychotherapists. Leny is the owner of Clear Stream Natural Health Clinic in Toronto where he practices Shiatsu, Acupuncture and Reiki. Paul DesRosiers, L.Ac., M.Ac., Dipl.Ac.
Foundations of TCM
Paul graduated with a Masters degree in Acupuncture and Traditional Chinese Medicine from Yo San University in Los Angeles, California. Licensed by the California Acupuncture Board and the National Certification Commission for Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine, Paul also has advanced training in acupuncture orthopedics. Paul operates a private practice in Toronto using Acupuncture, Chinese Herbs and Nutrition.
Mark Silverman M.D., G.P.
Communications and Ethics
Mark is a general practitioner who has been practicing in Toronto since 1987. His training includes psychodrama, hypnosis and breathwork. He also works at a number of community health clinics in Toronto as a clinician and consultant.
Shannon Kaupp BSc, N.D.
Shannon is originally from Nova Scotia and attended University of Western where she completed a degree in Physiology and Psychology. Shannon's interest in health care led her to study at the Canadian College of Naturopathy. She currently practices as a Naturopathic Doctor in Toronto and Oakville.
Carol Culhane, E.S.T.™
Carol began studying shiatsu in 1999 and graduated from Living Earth Shiatsu School in 2001. She has also completed many advanced shiatsu classes and workshops at the school. Carol began teaching in 2004 and maintains a private practice in Toronto.
