Shiatsu Therapy originating in Japan
and having roots in China, has had a considerable surge of popularity
in the West. Shiatsu, Japanese for "finger pressure" involves applying
pressure to areas - meridians and points - tsubos located all over the
body. Shiatsu offers a safe, natural, drugless way of facilitating change
and is a viable therapeutic modality and branch of complimentary medicine.
The ability to reach out and touch someone, to make a difference and
to take health in your own hands is at risk of becoming a lost art in
our fast paced modern world.

corporate work and outcalls, working in a spa or hotel or working in
a clinic with other health care practitioners.

designation- E.S.T. - Earth Shiatsu® Therapist and are qualified

is not a self-regulated profession. Shiatsu therapists working locally
